What BO-LD looks for, what we expect from recruits, and the steps to get onboarded into Brave and the corporation.
- BLOPS ability.
- Prepared to multi-box during a fleet: F1 plus something useful.
- Awareness and the ability to listen on fleets and in general.
- Ability to create content for yourself.
- BO-LD is not a spoon-fed content corporation. Activities exist, but you need to seek them out.
- Ability to generate ISK independently. We can coach, but do not run corp mining or ratting fleets.

- Join BO-LD Discord.
- Add ESI/Auth for all characters on BO-LD auth.
- Add ESI/Auth for all characters on Brave Collective auth.
- Fill out the recruitment form after ESI is complete.
- Successful applicants are onboarded into Brave Collective, then invited to BO-LD.
- Recruit performance is reviewed after 30 days.
- BO-LD is an initiative-driven corporation.
- We hand out ships for our fleets.
- Members are encouraged to learn how to create content for themselves and the corporation.
- We encourage recruits to FC and be active members of the corp.
- Dictors, probers, logi anchors, and tackle pilots are expected to learn their jobs properly.
- Recruits should catch up if they start without some requirements.
- Recruits are expected to be content capable.
- Conduct yourself respectfully and never leak corp or alliance information.
